Clinical Cases by Dr. Trinkner

Patient Name: Ann

Treatments: Dental Crowns, Orthodontics

Ann was referred to our office to correct the dark front tooth and restore her smile to a better shape. Together, we decided the best long term solution was to orthodontically straighten her teeth, intrude the front four teeth to a better position and then restore only the single front tooth with a porcelain crown. Ann loved the final result and the fact that we avoided over treating her with unnecessary procedures.

Gisselle was referred by an accredited member of the American Academy of Cosmetic Dentistry. She was also treated with orthodontics. Gisselle was congenitally missing two cuspids, also known as canines. The patient’s alignment and spacing were corrected by tooth movement from the braces. To finish out the case we used teeth whitening, minor bonding and two porcelain veneers to correct the tooth shape changing a biscuspid (premolar) to a cuspid form.

Treatments: Complex Reconstruction, Dental Crowns, Orthodontics

Mac came to us by referral for management of extensive teeth grinding and tooth enamel erosion. Upon evaluation, we placed Mac in a Kois deprogrammer to relax his muscles and help find a position to rebuild his mouth.
